PEI Tent Rentals has a variety of sizes of party tents available for rent. Tent prices are per day rental. Week and month rentals also available. Please contact us for specific pricing. Note that all our tents use registered flame retardant material, meeting the standards required by the Provincial Fire Marshall for public tents.

Chair types
The standard tent rental agreement is as follows:
- Prices include standard delivery within local delivery zone.
- Standard delivery is no further than 10 feet from truck and/or roadway. Additional fees will be charged past that.
- Wood’s tent rentals are not responsible for tree, shrub or grass damage caused by delivery or installation.
- Wood’s tent rentals are not responsible for damage to underground sprinkler systems, water, gas, or electrical lines.
- Tents are meant as temporary shelter and must be evacuated under extreme weather conditions.
- Tents are made of water resistant materials but are not guaranteed water proof.
- Prices quoted are for one day rental unless otherwise noted.
- Our tents use flame-retardant material, as required by the Provincial Fire Marshall for public tents.
Payment Policy: A fifty percent deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment is due before delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit with cancellation 15 days prior to event. Fifty percent return of deposit if cancellation is 7 days prior to event.
